9. Check your details / Amendments / Cancellations Please, make sure your mobile phone number (including prefix) and your flight number are both correct. We should be able to reach you upon your arrival. Change ofwel plans? Or is some of your personal information incorrect? No problem! Use the link in the confirmation e-mail to change your details. You will not be charged for cancellations if you cancel at least 6 hours before the scheduled transfer pick up time.
